ItalianCancellation Policy
Rent a Room allows guests to choose between two cancellation policies when booking a property.
Moderate:Full refund 14 days before the arrival, 50% refund between 7-13 days and no refund less than 7 days before arrival.
Non-Refundable:No refund will be granted upon cancellation, regardless of the time of cancellation.
*Cleaning Fee will be refunded for any reservation cancellation, regardless of cancellation policy.
** Credit card payments will be charged an extra fee of 3%.
Please Note: Applicable taxes will be retained and remitted.
Security Deposit: A specific amount of security deposit will be transferred in bank transfer or blocked on your credit card prior to your arrival. It will be released up to 5 business days after your check-out date.
